Washing the Building Exterior

We wash the exterior with 8-plus-gallon-per-minute machines and large surface cleaners, matching pressure to each surface as we go. A hot-water unit comes out where oil or grease calls for it. Around open windows we hold off and clean those areas by hand or on another pass, keeping every drop on the outside where it belongs.

Runoff and Traffic Control

Runoff is directed into the grass, with oil-absorbent booms set to capture grease and oil where the surface is oily, so nothing reaches the streets. How do you keep wash water and runoff out of our parking lot and the storm drains?

None of it reaches your parking lot or the storm drains. We contain and direct every bit of wash water and cleaner on site, so it never runs into the streets or down a drain. There is no water-reclamation system involved; the control comes from how we manage the water on the ground, and it keeps your property and the public storm system clean throughout the job.

How long does it take to wash a commercial building?

A typical commercial building runs about four hours, depending on size. Larger or more complex buildings take longer. We give you a time estimate with the bid so you can plan the day around it.

Can you wash after hours or off-peak so it doesn't disrupt business?
